Hello! :) My flatmate is leaving our lovely house, and we are looking for a woman to take over the contract of her room.

We’ve got:
A huge house
A spacious living room
A fully-equipped kitchen (we share everything!)
2 toilets, 1 bathroom
A big patio and a nice garden to soak up some sun
Room: Double bed with a lot of storage space and a desk.

Rent: £1.000/month. Bills come to around £100-150/month.

Dates: Contract to take over after 15 June (flexible dates on the initial date).

Location: E15
4-min walk from Maryland Station (Elizabeth Line) and 8-min walk from Stratford Station (Elizabeth, Central, Jubilee, Overground, DLR, etc.)
8-min walk to Westfield shopping centre.
Lots of supermarkets nearby - Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrison’s, M&S, etc.

PureGym is just a 7 min walk away.

You'll be sharing the home with only one person: Marta. A bit about me: I work in policy and enjoy spending time with friends and going to musicals/theatre. I’m clean and I like to keep things friendly at home but also respect other people’s spaces.

We’ve lived here for over a year and the area feels super safe and residential.
