We are currently looking for 1 room mate to occupy a medium sized single rooms.( size : 3. 80m x 3. 07m ) from 1/July / 2016.

The property is a spacious, purpose built flat, airy, bright and have been recently redecorated. There is hard flooring throughout the flat. The kitchen/dinner has all new appliances ( "NEW WORLD"all gas cooker & AEG wash machine ), plus newly fitted kitchen units. Separate WC and shower room with all new fittings.

The flat is located near Stratford / Westfield shopping centre (15 mins walk). Also, there are a number of buses which will take you directly to Stratford in under 10 mins. (It takes 3 mins to get to bus stop from the flat. ) Also, Plaistow or West Ham underground stations are within10 mins walking distance .

The flat is for three people only. There are three large single rooms , two rooms have been taken and only one room will be available from 1/July/2016. The rent is £530. 00 per month including water bill & monthly professional cleaning service. We are looking for 1 non-smoker flat mate, ( no couples, please ) who is clean, tidy, considerate and quiet to share with.
