Lived here for 3 years now and watched the whole area face mass regeneration.

Maryland overground is 5 mins walk and gets to Liverpool Street in 11 mins. Stratford station is less than 15 min walk, and the no. 25 bus (24 hour) runs to Oxford Circus, from down the road.
Sainsburys and Tesco down the road too and Westfield is 15min walk max.

Price is for one person, but can negotiate amount for a couple. All bills exc. council tax.

Note - bathroom has recently been redone.

I am the owner and quite a straight forward and friendly guy who is happy to have anyone trustworthy from any walk of life. The flatmates are a couple, one works mainly online from home on his business and the other works in Journalism in a roughly 9am - 8pm job shift hours. THey are a couple, very friendly and tidy.
