Studio like accommodation

The accommodation comprises of bedroom with King size double bed, built in wardrobe, kitchenette (kitchen units, sink, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave and air fryer),
small dining table with two chairs, office table with armchair. The bedroom comes with its own toilet/shower and have door lock.
Sheared areas are entrance to the apartment and a corridor as well as utility cupboard in the corridor with washing machine iron and iron board.
We are elderly couple who appreciate quiet and peaceful living and this is exactly what we expect from our future lodger/lodgers.
The rent includes cost of electricity, water, broadband, council tax and service charge.
Only negative side that I can think of is not very good insulation between bedrooms within the apartment (the one that intend to rent and ours) which means that we all (us and future lodger) must take care to keep the noise under control.
