My friend and I are looking for a third housemate to join our gorgeous 3-bed duplex in an E16 development so that we can put an offer in quickly 💕

We’re both 25, I work in Financial Crime and Leah’s a Civil Servant, and we’re ideally looking for another person working full time and around the same age.

We want this place to feel like home, not just somewhere we sleep. Think: movie nights, shared dinners when we’re in the mood, occasional drinks, cute décor, and actually enjoying each other’s company. We’re looking for someone who wants to be friends, not strangers who pass in the hallway 🫶🏾

The rent for the room is £1,000 (excluding bills) and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with 1 person.

The duplex has an ensuite, a bathroom, and a toilet cubicle on the ground floor. The building includes some amazing perks such as a co-working space, gym, and concierge that we can all make the most of! ✨

• Ensuite taken by me ;), bathroom shared with Leah, and a toilet cubicle on the ground floor
• No deposit, therefore there’ll be a non refundable one time fee that’ll apply for us all (£206 each)
• Washer and Dryer
• On-site Gym, Co-Working Space, Lounge and Concierge
• Council Tax Band C
• 2 Patios and two main entrance doors ok each floor
• Bills would be roughly £120 per month
• Reserved Parking space £150 per month
• 2 minute walk to DLR station
