Female only- Mon-Thur (2 3 or 4 days a week)

I have a double room to rent, 1 minute walk from South Woodford station (Central Line), which is a beautiful area of East London with independent shops.

I am looking for a laid back friendly female to live with myself and my 8 year old daughter. We are pescatarian so would want the tenant to not bring meat in the house.

The room has a double mattress (not bed) wardrobe and bedside cabinet. The bathroom is shared. The room is available Mon to Friday for 2,3 or 4 nights..

The rent would be either £200 (2 days), £300 (3 days) or £400 (4 days).

The room is for one adult only.

References and a deposit will be required.
