Room w/ King size bed + en-suite - sublet in April

I'm off travelling and want to sublet my room out for the month.

Room: It has a king-sized bed, wardrobe, a shelf and access to an ensuite with a bath!

Living space: Large lounge, kitchen with a balcony with fantastic views! With a TV (access to Netflix, BBC iplayer, Xbox one and a PS4). You also have access to my desk, office chair.

The property is inside a gated community and is very safe, there is a private garden space, water features and lots of vegetation. I find it very peaceful here!

Kitchen: Washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer and all plates and pots etc.

The flatmate is Orson a long-time friend of mine who is an absolute joy to live with - very friendly, clean, and considerate. We're looking for someone who is clean and considerate of others. We're not a party household but like to have a beer with eachother after work!
