Looking for a professional female to live in a large double bedroom with me and my housemate - both females, 32 years old.

The space includes a private large bedroom, separate living room, shared bathroom (with 1 other person) and shared kitchen.

The house is a lovely, large 3 floor house, on a family road, with a garden. 7 mins walk from South Woodford station (on the central line) and 15min walk from Wanstead high street - it’s a safe area with lots of restaurants, pubs etc close by.

Looking for an easygoing, clean, respectful professional. Enjoys socialising but also has their own life.
