Looking for a kind new housemate to take over my Lovely Room in East London.

Looking for a new housemate to take over my lovely, cosy fully furnished room in a beautiful, East London House!
All Bill Included but required first and last month deposit.
The house has overall 6 Bedrooms so you will be sharing with the current 5 housemates who are lovely kind and welcoming professionals!
Although the room is a single, it has loads of room and a huge built in wardrobe for those worried about storage.

The house has:
One shared bathroom and one downstairs toilet (the bathroom is only shared with three rooms as the other rooms are en-suite)
Equipped Kitchen with Two Fridge/Freezers
Dishwasher
Washing Machine
Spacious Garden/Patio
Shared Living/Dining Room
Driveway space if you have a car

Transport and Area:

The room is a quick 5 minute walk to the Central Line on the tube (15-20mins journey to Liverpool Street Station) there is also plenty of buses available.

The house is just off the high street so there are plenty of restaurants and cafes and even a cinema. Sainsbury, Waitrose, M&S and plenty of other groceries shops are nearby; also a few stops away on the tube from Stratford Westfield. Epping Forest is a lovely 15min walk away.
