Large Double Room for FREE for Female Tenant

Hi,
We have a large double bedroom available in our family home with all amenities included. Meals can also be provided.
We are looking for a university student or someone friendly and responsible who would be happy to become part of our family environment. In return for free accommodation, we would mainly need some light help at home and support with our 7-year-old son, such as:

* Taking him to and from school
* Spending some time with him
* Helping with homework
* Occasional light household help

There would not be strict fixed hours, and we are happy to discuss arrangements, expectations, and suitable pocket money/additional support together to make it comfortable for both sides.

We would especially welcome someone from a warm, family-oriented cultural background who enjoys being around children.
