Double room with onsuite bathroom in South Woodfor

I am renting out my master bedroom for 6 months. Currently l shared with 2 mature working professional. The engineer has a home in the country, he does not cook , and not around most weekend. The other also working long day. They occasionally have a get together drink but most days are quiet. I am looking for someone who know how to do cleaning , as bills is included but not cleaning, preferable working in the office as the heating is off during the day and set on timer to keep the cost affordable. There is a big kitchen to be used for simple cooking. The location is 5 mins walk to South Woodford station.
