Double Room to rent - South Woodford

Good-sized double room to rent in a lovely house in South Woodford.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on preference. There’s currently lots of furniture in the room but it can be removed depending on the future occupant’s wish!

Looking for somebody friendly, clean and tidy.. to share our home with us (me and my 7 yr old live in the house). We’ve had other people living with us and it’s gone really well - we’re happy to have a new friendly face around but also very respectful of personal time and space.

Open to week-day only stay too!
