Friendly household looking for new roommate E18

Queen size bed in South Woodford (central line, zone 4), 5 minute walk from the station and 10-15 to M&S, sainsbury, Waitrose, Tesco as well other amenities (& Gail’s!). Also a 10 walk from Epping forest and local running spots.

Looking for a clean and respectful housemate to join us for mid October (15th or 22nd).

A bit about us:
• Social, lgbtq+ friendly household
• super clean and tidy, especially in shared spaces and would like a housemates who’s the same. We contribute towards a fortnightly cleaner (around £13)
• We work in banking and environmental consulting, working fairly long hours, so party people may not be right fit for this house!
• Although we spend a lot of time with our own friends we also do travel/ activities in London, and make meals together :)
• We also go to spin and gym classes together, which is just around the corner
• It’s important to us that our future housemate is interested in being friends and not just living in a shared space
