The dates:
This property is available from mid to late November and ideally will need to stay for a minimum of 4 months, if you want to leave we will need 6 weeks notice

The area:
In a gated community near to South woodford Station (10 mins walk), with its own private concierge and 24 hour security, private gardens, water features. Underground garage for push bikes and off street parking can be found locally for free for a car nearby.

2 bed flat with a large open kitchen / living room with a balcony.

There's a main bathroom with a bath as well as en-suite

The vibe:
I’m 31 and work in the city in cyber security and enjoy cooking, road trips, pubs, listening to music, chatting or watching some tv during the week, also the usual gym / going for a walk and seeing some friends. I’m an easy going guy, and like to keep the flat clean. I’ve attached some pics of myself in the ad. Guests are welcome as long as we both give each other notice.
During the weekends I’m social and go out round typically Hackney or go for weekend trips away into nature. Majority of time the flat is chill and zen! We like to think of it as our little sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of city life, especially with the private gardens being so well kept and nice for morning walks. Orson, a friend of 20 years is buying a house and I want to find someone who I get on with to replace him.

We're easy going, relaxed but do prefer a clean, tidy environment. We love music and have a collection of records but only will play this during respectful/sensible hours - you’re welcome to use the record player and all electronics :)

About you:
Really be into some of the things mentioned above and want to create a good living environment. For this reason i would want to meet you and see before accepting any bookings.
