Bright, friendly home

I have a Double room available, ground floor apartment with a garden terrace and garden. £950/ month, bills and cleaning included. 8minute walk to Snaresbrook station, central line.

The room is furnished, double bed, chest of drawers, lamp, 8 box kallax unit and a tall wardrobe with full length mirrored door. I also have a little desk and desk chair if you would like that in the space but equally I have a garage for storage so can add/ remove what you don’t need.

The space is shared by myself and my 4year old, we are surrounded by nature and light. We have lovely neighbours and I feel really safe here. Wanstead has a small town/ village feel and a super high street. Green parks and the forest is a ten minute walk away.

I work in Mayfair, usually five days/ week. I am easy going, happy to chat, share meals, go for a run etc. I have my son so he takes up most of my time but he is in his room from 7pm every evening so the living room is adult friendly each night :) I am out of the house with him most weekends 10am-4pm.

I am a tidy, clean person and want the flat to feel open, friendly and homely- less like you just rent a room here and more like it is a shared home.

My current housemate has lived with me for 2years and is looking to travel, the room will be available 1st March but please let me know if you need it sooner as this can be flexible.
