I’m a young professional living in a two-bedroom house, and I’m looking to rent out the spare room.

The room is located on the top floor, making it ideal for someone who values privacy and a quiet space. It's a large room that with access to the en-suite bathroom. It is unfurnished apart from the wardrobes that the current roommate can negotiate a price with you. The rest of the house is furnished.

The house is in a fantastic location. Just down the road, you’ll find a cinema and several supermarkets including Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, M&S, and Tesco, so everything you need is close at hand. The nearest station is only a short walk away and is on the Central Line, making it perfect for commuting into Central London while still enjoying a calmer, less busy area.

A bit about me.
I'm very chilled at home as I travel a lot for work and tend to be out most of the time, so you can expect to have the home to yourself at times throughout the year.
Happy for gatherings to take place at the house and people to come over as I'm very sociable and also the house is just perfect for those summer get togethers.

For those who enjoy the outdoors, Epping Forest is within walking distance — great for walks, runs, or just getting some fresh air.
