I’m due to move out of my double bed room in our 3 bed bathroom flat and we're looking for someone to take over my part of the contract. My contract ends on the 3rd of August 2024 so ideally looking for someone from this day forward (I will be out before then).

The house is fully furnished, and you will also benefit from the use of a spacious living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen with an oven, electric hob, 2 fridges, a freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobes all around and plenty of of drawers.

They are two professionals that enjoy a bit of socialising, but also value our own alone time. We're both really relaxed, value cleanliness and respecting each others space.

2 minute walk to Wapping Overground Station (Overground line)
10 minute walk to Shadwell Station (DLR and Overground Line)
20 minute walk to Tower Hill Underground Station (Circle and District Line)

Bus D3 and 100 a minute walk away (serving Liverpool Street, Bethnal Green, Mile End etc).

AREA
The house is also really close to St Katherine's Dock and Tobacco Dock with plenty of pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants. There is a big Waitrose and a Sainsbury Local 10mins away and a few corner shops right opposite.

The area itself is very safe and has a lot of history/quirkiness to it. Many professionals also live in the area, so ideal for someone who works and commutes to the city.

Bills work out to just over £130 per month give or take.
