I'm a 28 year old professional working in Canary Wharf, and WFH Friday. I'm chilled, pretty clean and a respectful flatmate and would be great to find someone similar! I enjoy a drink, good food, and like to get out of the city and go for a surf when possible.

Ideally looking for a young professional who enjoys a chat and perhaps a drink some evenings.

Currently on a rolling contract, but happy to sign for a fixed period should that give you more comfort. Your part of the rent is 1,150/month, paid monthly. You will need to pass reference checks with the estate agents, but I will check what these are and help you accordingly.
