Description
I'm looking for a new flatmate from 1st September to share my 2 bed duplex flat/maisonette. The current owner is moving out so I'm looking for a like-minded professional to move in. Someone who is looking for something that feels more like a home.
The room is a large double with storage bed, large wardrobe, desk and a mini balcony with views of the city skyline in the distance. The flat also benefits from a large, south-facing balcony so it gets plenty of sunshine and its level with the treetops which makes it feel like a little escape from the busy city and highway nearby. I love having a cup of tea out there in the morning and being on eye level with the birds and squirrels in the trees ☺️ Pretty peaceful!
The flat also has a large living room, kitchen and shared bathroom. Its only the 3rd/4th floor (no lift).
I work in the city and tend to be in the office 3 or 4 days a week, often with quite a few evening commitments but it would be nice for someone to move in who was happy to have the odd glass of wine/cuppa and chat etc.
All bills included apart from council tax which will be £65 per month.
