Lovey twin room for rent in the heart of Wapping, close to the docs and a 5 minute walk away from the overground station.
One of our very lovely flatmates (Hisham) is taking a job outside of London meaning that a room has become available in our lovely home 🏠
To keep our house balanced, we’re looking for another guy or non-binary person to take the new room. We also have a very clean, chilled and friendly vibe that we’d like to maintain.
About the room:
The room gets lots of natural light and is located at the top of the house next to the bathroom. Although it is one of the smaller rooms in the house it is cosy and still relatively spacious. The room also includes the double bed, shelves, bedside table and large wardrobe.
About Us:
Julie, Sandeep and I love living here! Julie is a journalist, Sandeep is an opera singer and I work in TV. Although we can be busy with work we love catching up at the end of the day and over the weekend 😊
Additional info:
- There is a garden, guest room, dishwasher and a small open planned living room
- All bills work out to be roughly £130pcm
- Furniture is included with the room and £200 is payable to Hisham at the same time as the deposit to cover the cost of furnishing the room and will be returned if you vacate the room (includes large wardrobe, bed, mattress , table & chair)
