You will be sharing the flat with lovely Abbie (British nationality) who works in the Insurance industry and is easygoing and friendly.

The flat is located close to two stations - Tower Hill and Wapping and one minute walk to Waitrose and 5 minutes by walk to Sainsbury's and Tesco. 3 minutes walking distance to the closest gym (Fitness First) and bus stop (bus no: 100) to get to liverpool station, St. Paul's, etc.

About the flat - The flat has two floors (kitchen and living room in the ground floor and bedrooms close to the entrance) and has all the modern ameninities with modular kitchen (Air fryer, kitchen chimney, oven, microwave, etc.), spacious patio, and one bath with shared toilet and another separate toilet.

The monthly rent excludes broadband and electricity bills and should cost around £150 (including water bill and council tax).
