Hi all, I’m currently looking for someone to take over my large double room and tenancy in Wapping area from the 15th of October.
Rent is £850 a month plus bills. Move in date on or before the 15th October. Message me for details x

Large Double bedroom going in a three bedroom flat share in cute Wapping area. Sharing with 2 other lovely girls.

A very chilled and clean all female household looking for a female housemate aged between 25-35. Will treat the flat like a home - no house parties. Located in a very safe and relaxed area of London. Local stations are Wapping (5min on foot), Shadwell (10min on foot), Aldgate East (20min on foot). A quick 5minute walk away from the north shores of the River Thames and a very quick walk away from St Katherine Docks (15minutes). GP, Local Post office, Sainsburys local, pubs, various corner shops, coffee shops are all within a five minute walk from the flat.

The area is beautiful and quite close to historical parts of both central and east London but is very peaceful with a lot of green spaces/ park with riverside walks and views nearby!

Rent is always paid on 15th of every month so the move in date for the room would be 15th October. You would be taking over my tenancy which is until 15thMarch and the landlord will renew for another year

Only reason why I’m moving out is because I’m moving in with my boyfriend to west london and my friend who also lives in the flat is moving in with her boyfriend in north london
