Long story short, my partner loves lives here but has is a trucker and rarely (and I mean rarely) ever home. He works away most weeks, and when not in work spends his time with me, so this lovely property just needs someone to make it home really!
His bedroom will be locked obviously, but the rest of the flat is pretty much yours to make yourself at home.

Important info:
Gas is paid for with rent, this covers all cooking and heating.
You will be responsible for the electricity, which cost the last work-from-home tenant approx £40 a month.
There is no broadband installed as the last tenant and J both have unlimited data with their phone contract so it was not renewed as a waste of money!

We are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible, the room is available now as the wonderful lady in there has had to return to Australia after 5 years of living here. We would prefer the new tenant doesn't plan on house parties, large social gatherings or antisocial behaviour as the area is a lovely little village hidden in the middle of the city. Stupid behaviour is reported quickly, so if your calm, responsible and fancy somewhere to relax in peace, or have a few friends round for dinner and a movie etc - this could be ideal for you!

If you'd like to view, I (the girlfriend) am available most late evenings or weekends to meet you there and answer any questions. I'm sorting this as he can't reply quickly while driving all day!
