Large double room in shared house with garden

A bright and cosy double room will be available in our flat from 1st April, and we’re looking for someone chill, tidy and respectful to join our home.

we are two girls (30 & 25) who both work full-time in marketing and journalism. The vibe in the flat is very easygoing – we like catching up, chatting or occasionally hanging out, but we also totally respect each other’s space and downtime. We do also have a lovely orange cat xx

The house is spacious with a large shared living room, big kitchen, and a garden. We have one shared bathroom upstairs with a large shower and tub and a toilet downstairs as well.

The location of the house is really ideal. It in St Katherine’s dock area, so just a few minutes from Tower Bridge, but it is a very quiet and friendly area just behind the docks. We have a large courtyard area that is shared by the flats in addition to our private garden. Walk 2 minutes and you’re on the Thames Path river walk or the canal. You’re a 10 minute walk from Tower Hill station and a bit further for Aldgate or Wapping overground.

• Double bed included
• Desk will be replaced with a smaller desk (similar style)

Furniture
• Bed stays in the room
• Brown drawers and current desk will be removed
• Two large cupboards available if you want extra storage (£100 each – they originally cost over £800 together)

We’re ideally looking for someone clean, friendly and considerate who wants a nice home atmosphere!
