You’ll be living in a cozy, sun-drenched fully furnished room with lots of storage in a nice and quiet area with great proximity to City, Canary Warf and Central London overall. Location is absolutely outstanding - I use to take a nice half an hour walk to my office in City and use Wapping overground (7 min walk from here, night tube on weekends) if I need to go elsewhere.
You’ll have only 1 neighboor, 23-old professional working in City; clean, neat, chill sociable and reliable, a big football fan. He can both cheer you up by a small funny talk after tough day and help you with anything flatwise.
Travels frequently and works from office so you’ll be home alone for a large chink of your time.
Flat is equipped with all you need and even more, has lots of space for two people. Spaceous and cozy living room with a sofa. All amenities are in good condition. Newly installed oven.
Bills are fixed, 100£ per month, so overall you pay exactly 1100£.
Young professionals preffered. No students.
