Sitting on the border of Zone 1 - 2 and 5 minutes from Wapping overground is our lovely home in the heart of Wapping 🩵
We’re in our late 20’s/ early 30’s and are looking for another woman or non-binary femme to join our home!

We all really love living here! I work in TV, Sandeep is an opera singer completing his PhD & Tom is a writer & school teacher.

* It get’s lots of natural light and is located at the top of the house next to the bathroom
* Although one of the smaller rooms on the house, it is cosy and still quite spacious
* The window is soon to be replaced with double glazing

*Spacious terraced townhouse
* Guests are welcome and we have a guest room for visitors
* Two shared bathrooms (one shower) shared by me & Sandeep & you
* Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, plates, oven ect)
* Amenities: Wifi, tumble dryer, washing machine, spare room, garden (indirect access)
* Everyone cleans up after themselves + a cleaner is available book for bigger jobs or when everyone’s busy
About the area📍:
• Quiet/ gated community with great connections
• 5 minute walk to Wapping overground, 15 minute walk to Shadwell and has great cycle routes
Financials💷:
• The rent is currently £570 (we’re negotiating to keep it as close to this as possible)
• Bills are approx £100 PCM
• The deposit is £550 + £100 to cover the cost of furniture

• Available from early/ mid September onwards (flexible)
