We are a very friendly, professional couple are looking to offer our lovely spare room for a Monday to Friday let.

The flat is bigger than it looks like in the photos!

The rent quoted is for a single person occupancy (the let isn't suitable for couples)for Monday to Friday only. This is suitable for people who have a main home elsewhere and need a weekday home in London for work/study purposes.

The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the East London line with regular connections (every 2-3 minutes) to Canary Wharf, Stratford, Highbury & Islington, across to the West and down to South East London. It is a 10 minute bus ride to Liverpool Street (20 minute walk) and less than 15 minutes walk to Old Street tube station.

There is an excellent local grocery shop on the doorstep, with a Tesco Metro 3 minutes away.

The flat has a large open plan living/kitchen area with a balcony and you have full access to share the communal space. There is a good sized flat screen TV with access to BT Vision.

The bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, table drawers and large mirror. The bathroom has a good shower and new fittings. The flat is only a few years old, recently decorated and with a fairly new fridge freezer and washing machine.

All bills are included in the rent and includes wireless broadband.

Clean bed linen is provided and a cleaner comes for 2 hours every week.

The flat is in a quiet, private, gated development near the Regents Canal. The shops, restaurants and bars of Hoxton and Shoreditch are just a short walk away. It's a safe place for getting to and from late at night.

We're friendly professionals who have both been used to flat sharing in the past. We work in jobs with standard 9-6 hours in various parts of the city.

The room will be available from mid November 2014.
