20 minute walk to Victoria Park, 2 minute walk to Columbia Road Flower Market, 15 minute walk to Broadway Market and London Fields

A little bit about us:

Abbie and I are pretty laid back and like to keep active and fit. Now that we're a little older we're more pub-goer than club-goer these days but love to socialise with friends and flatmates in the evenings and weekends.

We love to cook and regularly try new recipes we like to share.

I work as a freelance cinematographer so depending on the time of year I can be fairly busy but other times I'm twiddling my thumbs at the flat waiting for the phone to ring with job offers. Abbie is studying to be a dog trainer :-)

We're looking for someone who shares similar interests and can bring something new to the flat. It's really important that you are clean and tidy, I'm old enough now not to have to clean up after people and feel like I'm a student again.

More than happy if you want to have friends over for dinners and socialising but not really using the house for house parties anymore however special occasions obviously let that rule go :-)

Ideally not looking for someone in a relationship where they always have the partner over 7 nights a week, the flat is spacious but my girlfriend and I live here and 4 people in the flat would be a little tight.
