En-Suite Double Room in Central, Peaceful Flat

Hello! We are Lala and Daniel, a couple looking for a new flatmate to move in from January 15th 2025 :D

Lala: I'm a 31 year old Nigerian/American/British woman who's lived all over, but I've been in London now going on 7 years. I work in events and operations for an arts centre here in East London.. I love sewing, spending time with friends, enjoying live music, travelling, reading, listening to podcasts, and trying out various arts and crafts.

Daniel: I'm a 35yo Graphic Designer and Artist. London born, of English and Ghanaian heritage. Aside from making art and generally being creative, I enjoy skateboarding, which I've been doing from a young age. I also love being out in nature, going to exhibitions, travelling, live music and good food!

We're looking to rent out the double en-suite room from January 15th 2024 for at least 6 months and up to 18mo.

Monthly costs: £880 rent, £100 bills (includes energy, broadband and council tax (band C))

Deposit: £800

The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the flat, so there's a nice amount of privacy. Your room has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, a comfortable double-bed, and lots of storage. Being a new-build, the flat is really easy to live in and to keep clean.

The flat is really cosy and well laid-out, and we're near great destinations like Brick Lane, Columbia Road, Victoria Park and the Regent's and Lea Canals.

It's also really conveniently located near all the major supermarkets, corner shops, post offices, gyms, Stratford Westfield shopping centre, and more! We're in a secure high-rise building overlooking a beautiful park, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Roman road.

Very well connected by major transport links including: Central, Hammersmith & City, District and Elizabeth lines, Bethnal Green and Cambridge Heath overground stations, and buses to Tottenham Court Road, Paddington, Canary Wharf, Walthamstow, Finsbury Park and more.
