Hi,

We are looking for a new housemate to join our lovely house share in east/central London :)

About the house/room:
The house is split over three stories with a bright, large living room and kitchen, 1 bathroom and a w/c. We also have a garden that we share with the shop downstairs. The place comes with all basic appliances and has a homely look and feel.

The room to rent is on the second floor, south facing, looking onto the garden. It comes furnished with a double bed + mattress and a wardrobe.

About us:
You'll be sharing with myself (Harris), Amy and James and a cockapoo called Buddy.

We all work 9-5 office-y jobs (marketing, consulting, charity) and we work a mix of from home / from the office. We also very much work to live and not the other way around.

We all have varied interests from hyper pop, skincare, fashion to gym, literature, D&D, and painting.

We have a very relaxed and sociable atmosphere around the house. We all love and get our introvert time alone, socialise with our individual friends but also spend time together in/outside of the house. We've binged several TV shows like Traitors together, and have a special love for Barbecue Showdown.

We are not a party house but do have friends over occasionally for dinner and drinks. We keep the place tidy and clean and treat it as a home often adding to it with plants, furniture and gadgets.

This is a mixed (queer/straight), liberal and diverse household so there is no space for any of the -phobias and -isms.

Rent/Bills:
£750 p/m with monthly bills coming up to £120.
Bills include: Water, gas and electric, council tax, internet, TV license and a bi-weekly cleaner.

There is no agency processing fee and the deposit is simply 5 weeks rent. You will need provide a guarantors signature on the lease.
