Beautiful flat with stunning views for a sublet from 31 July to mid or end of September. £2300 per month including all bills - plus £1000 security deposit, refunded once the flat has been inspected on departure.

The flat has a nice living room and a kitchen with a washer/dryer, small fridge, blender, toaster, kettle, microwave, and all the utensils you would need for your stay. There is a modern, clean bathroom with a bathtub and a comfortable bedroom. I’ve got the very fast wifi available with 150 mbps upload and download speed. A concierge is on site to receive your parcels and a garage to store your bike if needed.

I am looking for someone clean and respectful. Small dogs will be considered.

Some checks will also be required, such as proof of ID and contract of work. You must be legally eligible to live and rent in the UK.

Not to be boring, but parties, smoking and BBQ are not allowed in the flat / or building. Our neighbours are all very quiet and respectful and we have never had any complaints, therefore we would love to keep it this way.
