SUBLET 14 Dec - 13 Jan great flat and location

Hi,

I am subletting my flat from the 14th of December to the 13th of January - £2100 including all bills plus £1500 security deposit, refunded once the flat has been checked on departure.

*Important Note: The building currently has scaffolding due to external works. It is primarily on one side of the building - the bedroom side.

The flat has a nice living room and a kitchen with a washer/dryer, small fridge, blender, toaster, kettle, microwave, and all the utensils you would need for your stay. There is a modern, clean bathroom with a bathtub and a comfortable bedroom. I’ve got the fastest wifi available with 100mbps upload and download speed. A concierge is on site to receive your parcels and a garage to store your bike if needed.

I am looking for someone clean and respectful. Small dogs will be considered.

Some checks will also be required, such as proof of ID and contract of work. You must be legally eligible to live and rent in the UK.

Not to be boring, but parties, smoking and BBQ are not allowed in the flat / or building. Our neighbours are all very quiet and respectful and we have never had any complaints, therefore we would love to keep it this way.
