Welcome to our cosy flat!
We are looking for a new flatmate who is friendly, independent, and considerate with others space; someone who is eager to make of the flat their new home and actively participate keeping all communal areas clean and tidy. This is a non-smoking flat.
The flat is totally exterior and it is on a second floor. It is located just 30m from the Bonners Gate entrance to Victoria Park. It is in short walking distance to Bethnal Green Tube Station and Cambridge Heath Overground.
The area also has loads of bus connections, bars and restaurants nearby.

It is a four-bedroom flat, with a large and bright living room, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and has plenty of storage space), and two bathrooms.
The available bedroom is very bright and has a double mattress bed, a desk, a chair, a chest of drawers and a bookshelf, but you are welcome to bring your own furniture.
The flat is based on the 2nd floor of a council house and unfortunately, we do not have a lift or visual/hearing impairment adaptations.

The rent is due on the 1st of every month and paid directly to the landlord. The contract is for long term and only one month's deposit is required.

This is an LGBTQ+ friendly house. You will be living with three creative European professionals working in the museum sector: Ruben, 35 (he/him), Inês, 26 (she/her), Sofia, 32 (she/her) and a lovely cat.

We are looking for a professional housemate, preferably in their late 20’s to mid 30’s and the house viewings will be taking place next week (commencing 17 June).
