Looking for lodger for a double bedroom in a 2 bed 2 bath mezzanine flat on Hackney Road.

Cambridge Heath (overground) is a 5 min walk away and Bethnal Green (central line) is a 10 minute walk away.

Very close to Columbia Road and Broadway Market (5 min walk).

The flat is approximately 750 sq ft located on the third floor (no lift). The double bedroom comes furnished with bed, built in wardrobe and drawers. The bedroom is downstairs next to a bathroom with wet-room style shower, sink and toilet. The room is a generously sized double.

The other bedroom is on the second level and has it's own private bathroom. There is also a bath in that bathroom which can be used for all.

We are a 31 and 36 year old couple, working full time. One of us spends roughly one week per month in Newcastle (offices based there) or abroad as working in Europe. When in London I WFH.

Neighbors here are friendly. The development has a small community feel and very peaceful living.
