The room is extremely spacious with a queen size bed, a double almirah, a clothes rack stand, a book & decoration shelf, and still enough leftover space for a working table.
There is a balcony in the other room, which when opened with the window in the dining room, allows for proper ventilation across the house. There are also windows in each of the rooms.
The bathroom is shared for both rooms, but has a water jet installed, which is quite rare in houses in UK.
The kitchen + dining room comes with a big double door fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and a gas hob, along with the dining table for 4 people.
There is an elevator for ease of access to the floor.
There is a common cycle parking room on the ground floor.

Security:
The place is fully secured, being on 3rd floor with a key fob through the main building door and double lock on the apartment door.

Location:
The place is right next to Victoria park and the canal, and has 3 Sunday markets in walking distance.
There are plenty of restaurants and small eateries open in walking distance, from early morning cafes to late evening pizza and shawarma places.
For groceries, there is Tesco (open till 11pm) and Sainsbury within 5 mins walk and a Lidl within 15 mins walk.
