Huge double room available

I’m sad to say that I’m giving up my incredible room on Hackney Road.

It is a huge double room available to rent in E2 from the 20th of August (exact date TBC). The location is ideal and is less than a five minute walk from Columbia Road and Broadway Market, plus very well connected via Bethnal Green (Central Line), Cambridge Heath, and Hoxton (London Overground) stations. It is only a short walk from the lovely London Fields and Victoria park and had plenty of great pubs, bars, restaurants, gyms, etc. nearby.

The large flat is shared with four other professionals, two girls and two guys. Everyone gets on really well and are looking for someone to come in who is sociable and fun but is also tidy and respectful. (And we have a cleaner to help with that).

Anyone who comes to this flat stays for a while because it is an absolute gem. The flatmates are aged 28-31 and are everyone is usually up for doing the usual east London malarkey - overpriced pints, ordering and complaining about small plates, and posing on Broadway Market.

The bedroom comes semi-furnished (we can discuss) but will certainly come bedless. There's a big shared living room kitchen dining space and the rest of the flat is spacious. The price of rent is frankly insanely good so please DM if interested with your best pitch.
