- THE ROOM -
Room available from 1 September in a spacious and bright 3 bedroom flat in Cambridge Heath.

Modest double bedroom. Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and 2 cupboards.
You'll share the main washroom (shower/bath) with one person.
5 week deposit required by the agent.
£775 + bills / month
Bills are around £150 per month per person (incl all bills/cleaner)
The agency must be provided basic references of your employment etc. and there will be an agency fee for this.

- THE FLAT -
Luminous open plan lounge/living area as well as a spacious kitchen including washer/dryer, dishwasher. Large balcony. Storage room. Fibre optic broadband.
There is a locked bike room on the ground floor.
We have a cleaner coming fortnightly and like to stay on top of everything in between.

- LOCATION -
We are located right on the main road where you have access to all the cultural and entertaining activities. The place is surrounded by lovely cafes, restaurants and shops.

- THE HOUSEMATES -
You'll be sharing the flat with two ladies: Christine is a Canadian Graphic Designer and Elodie a French Executive Assistant. Both into yoga, art, gigs, and ice-cream.
This is a home and not just a place to sleep. The vibe has always been a friendly, chill and social house but not a party house.

- YOU -
