Double room in London E2 near Broadway Market

Hello!

We are four girls living in a lovely flat between Bethnal Green and Broadway Market and are looking for a friendly housemate (girls only) to fill one of the rooms. I have loved living here over the past year and a half (with these girls for 3 years) and I’m only moving to move in with my partner.

The girls are really friendly and sociable who hang out together in the evenings and go out for dinner/drinks, but are also respectful of each other’s space.

The house is fully furnished, including a
washing machine. It has a spacious and bright living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower/bath and a separate toilet and has lots of storage space.

The room is a fully furnished, lovely double bedroom and has plenty of storage. There is a desk and desk chair in the bedroom, but we have previously moved this out into the hallway if you do already have your own desk. There is lots of space in the living room and sometimes we’ll use this to wfh if we want a switch up from our bedrooms.
The other three girls are currently working hybrid jobs, usually going into the office 2 or 3 times a week.

It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to Cambridge Heath which connects directly to Liverpool Street or a 15-20 minute walk to Bethnal Green tube station which is on the central line making it super easy to get around London. There’s a huge Tesco and Lidl only a 15 minute walk away so perfect for food shopping.

The flat is in an ideal location, around the corner from Broadway Market, London Fields and Haggerston Park. With Victoria Park a 15 minute walk away along the canal.

One of the girls has a pet rabbit, he stays in her room and is very friendly!

Bills are roughly £96 a month(utilities, council tax, and WiFi).

We have a private landlord who is very responsive and always gets things sorted quickly.
