subletting my small double room in a big duplex flat for 4 months while i go back home.
dates are 12 ish of december, until 21st of April which is when the contract ends, so option of extending and signing the new contract if everything goes well and you'd like to stay.

the flat is lovely and has everything you need, room is not huge but very cozy and has a big window, living room connected to the kitchen with a dishwasher (handy) and 2 balconies.

There is a MASSIVE rooftop with a communal garden where you can grow plants and veg, or just go chill out with a blanket and some tea.

The location is super convenient as the flat is right between Bethnal Green and London Fields next to Cambridge heath overground with plenty of busses to central and north. It's only 3 min walk to Vicky Park, 10min walk to Columbia Road & Broadway Market, less than 10min walk to central line, bethnal green tube.

The flat has 3 bedrooms in total and you will be sharing with 2 lovely and laid back girls benedetta, italian, 30, and megan, irish, 31.

Price is £1100 per month all bills included.
