Beautiful Double Bedroom available with a big shared bathroom (shared with 1 other female). The room is located on the top floor with the bathroom and the other female occupied room. The middle floor is occupied by 2 males with their own bathroom and downstairs we've a modern kitchen and sitting room. Right beside Victoria Park which is beautiful. Room has a desk if you'd like to work from home. 3 other roommates are Irish and all friends from before. We like to catch up in the evening but all equally enjoy our own space/schedule. Looking for a professional who is clean tidy friendly and respectful. Less than a 5 min walk to Bethnal Green Tube. Tucked away on a quiet quaint street

We all moved in at the end of November 2024. The current lease is in place until the end of November 2026

You would be taking over my name on the lease and it is subject to management company approval (references etc)
