Single Room to Rent in Vegan 2Bed Hackney Rd Flat!

I've been living around Hackney Road area for quite some time now and just found a new place I just moved in. It is fully refurbished (new carpets, painted walls, new beds and mattresses etc)

water and wifi included, council tax (band C - 136 a month from what I remember), gas and electricity roughly 105 so 52.5 each. I don't really watch TV so not planning to get TV licence, but if you want you can go for it (I'm happy to share my disney plus account and also up for film nights etc!)
Flat comes with bath tub and also there is a bike parking space up front if you cycle like me.

I added photos of size of free space but then got deleted. So just for measurements, between bed and the wall is 125cm of empty space left, and between the corner and and of it it's 110cm. There is obvi extra length to the other wall, but door will be on the way...

About me: love cooking and always happy to share a meal, might have occasional guests, but I tend to stay out of a house quite often and also travel a fair bit. I like keeping everything tidy and I do recycle and would love to keep it that way. I enjoy making arts and crafts whether it is painting or pottery night (there is one just across the street at Hackney City Farm). Always up for a museum trip, walks around, swimming, classical music concert or techno rave.
I want to keep homey vibes at the flat, defo not a party place, but always welcoming for guests. Not looking for someone specific, just want to make sure we have a good living together vibes, that's all.
