I am moving out from my lovely room so looking for someone to take over.

We are two professionals looking for a new flatmate for our nice flat in the heart of Shoreditch. Lea works in sales and events Monday to Friday in the office, Asna works in recruitment.

We are close to both Old street and Liverpool Street stations walking distance (or you can take a couple min bus) , and the overground Hoxton station is literally just over the main road from the flat. Plenty of bars, pubs , restaurant and shops round the area too. In the heart of Shoreditch.

We are looking for a friendly, clean, considerate and reliable flatmate.
We are looking for someone who is keen to fit in with the others, while we all have our own social lives, we do go out for drinks together every so often. We do not want someone who is looking for a party house, yes we both enjoying going out for drinks and with friends etc but we don’t want the party brought back to the flat for afters. The flat should be somewhere you can relax, chill and feel comfortable especially after a day of work!

The flat is fully refurbished, furnished and equiped and the room gets a lot of natural light.
Your room will have a comfy double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The double rooms are for single occupation. The bills are around £120-150 monthly. Potentially could change due to energy prices this winter!

Rent is £866.67 a month.

The internet is fibre optic broadband.

The room will be available on 14th of August.
£700 deposit. No agency fees (and real photos, no agency pictures).
