£1100 per month - for initial 3 / 6 months - from September looking for a flat mate in my home.
Looking for a male professional : respectful person who is clean ; wfh full time is not ideal as it’s not a huge place; someone who is neat; a sociable flatmate who is chilled out.
i have lived and owned my flat for 16 years +. I am looking to rent out the spare bedroom and share other areas including kitchen living area balcony
Super fast Wi-Fi and TV ; council tax and a bi- weekly cleaner visit included The cleaner will clean the shared areas and vacuum the bedrooms and make beds on top of you; contribution. she is also fab with ironing shirts which is another savings. However cleaning as we go along is just good housekeeping.
I am looking to let to one person only - occasional guests are of course welcome and ad-hoc short term friends staying can be discussed but only looking for one person to let the room - not suitable for anyone with furniture or tonnes of baggage .
I know all my neighbours and love the neighbourhood and we respect each others space and look out for each other. the flat is in a gated area and off road secure car parking could be available.
It would be ideal for someone who keeps regular hours and enjoys the area for work or pleasure . it is a 20 min walk to Liverpool Street station / old street / shoreditch high street . Hoxton Station (overground) is directly behind the flat.
Gated area and car parking maybe available but at an extra cost
