£1150 per month (for an initial 3/6-month term)

Looking for a flatmate to share my home in a gated, secure area with off-road parking potentially available at an extra cost. The flat is ideally suited for a professional male who is clean, respectful, and sociable. Working from home full-time is not ideal as it’s a compact space.

I’ve owned and lived in this flat for 16+ years, and I love the neighbourhood and community. Hoxton is one of London’s most vibrant and creative areas, offering a mix of trendy restaurants, lively pubs, coffee shops, and art galleries. You’ll find Hoxton Square, Shoreditch High Street, and Columbia Road Flower Market all nearby. It’s a perfect spot for anyone who enjoys food, culture, and nightlife, with everything from street food markets to rooftop bars just a short walk away.

Transport Connections:
• Hoxton Overground Station is directly behind the flat, providing quick links to Dalston, Stratford, and Highbury & Islington.
