Double room in London Fields

We have a room available now in our flat just at the bottom of the Broadway market.

The Flat: a large three bedroom flat in an ex-local authority building with a large kitchen and a large separate living room. It is furnished with a leather sofa and chairs, a small dining table and a large flatscreen TV. It also has plenty of windows and a small balcony if you are athletic enough to climb out of the window!

The Room: You will have the largest room in the flat with a comfy double bed, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a leather armchair.

The Flatmates: you will be sharing with Luis, an architect from Portugal and Amy, an Australian working in Social Media. We socialise together, as well as having our own things going on.

The location: the flat is perfectly located for the best of East London; Broadway Market & London Fields park are almost next door, plus Columbia Road & Brick Lane are within 20 mins walk.

The rent is £665 per calendar month, which includes council tax, water and TV License, so all that actually remains to be paid is gas, electricity, and Broadband.
