Large Double Room to Rent In Cambridge Heath

Hi guys,

I'm moving out of my wonderful home. It's a double room
in a pretty great location as we're 5 mins to Columbia Road, 10 mins to Broadway Market & London Fields and in the opposite direction 10 minutes to Victoria Park. Heaps of bars, shops, restaurants, gyms and great veg shops.

Transport wise:
Cambridge Heath Station - 1 minute walk
Bethnal Green tube - 7 minute walk (central line)
incredible bus routes to everywhere else (55, 26, 48, 388, 254, 30...etc) for example:
-Old Street 5 mins
-Clerkenwell in 15ish
-Hackney Central in 7 mins
...hmm, too much on transport?

So the room is really big with great storage and heaps of light (see photos). My bed is a super king so there will be even more room with a normal double which the landlord is happy to supply. The flat has a living room and separate kitchen and a great shower (and bath) in the bathroom.

You'll be sharing with 2 fantastic guys, a PhD student and a graphic designer. We're a busy bunch during the week so it's generally cooking and some beers/wine (or lots of teas) after work and then weekends are either relaxed with films or out with friends. We're social and spend time together but it's definitely not a crazy party flat.

We're looking for someone who's easy-going, social but ideally with their own friend group. Fun and independent who's into wine and tea.

I'm only moving out as I've finally managed to buy my own place but it's been an incredible place to live!
