Cool flat, great location

HUGE double room with own ensuite available from the beginning of June. This is the biggest room in an awesome flat less than 5 mins to Cambridge Heath station and buses and 10 minutes from Bethnal Green. The flat is the first floor of a converted pub with windows on all sides and an epic balcony / terrace which we had a paddling pool and BBQ's on last Summer.

Victoria Park is just down the other end of the street and both Broadway Market and Colombia flower market are approx 15- 20 minutes walk. Surrounded by great pubs and pop-ups it is with real regret that I am leaving the flat but I have managed to buy my own place in Stratford. Due to complete in May I am looking for someone to take me to the end of the lease which is up in October. There would be the option to extend as although one guy plans to move in with his girlfriend the other will be staying etc.

The flat has wooden floors throughout, marble topped kitchen and already has Sky / wifi etc. Massive corner sofa and tons of space to have people over without really getting in anyone's way. This room especially as you cannot hear anything once the doors are shut!

Gas and electric are approx. £80 a quarter, council tax is £33 a month and water is about £30 a quarter as well.

Flatmates - 2 guys who work in the restaurant sector, passionate about food and football. Like a drink / pub / occasional party and are chilled to live with, have girlfriends but still go out a fair bit and up for socialising.

We currently have a cleaner who is £24 between us a week but keep the place pretty clean and tidy. This can be discussed,

The room is unfurnished but I can provide bed and clothes rails if this is required as just keen to fill so I don; t have to pay rent and mortgage!!!
