Dog friendly house in bethnal green!

Hi, my name is Tim and I've got a double room available in a 3bed house in Bethnal Green!
There's a large communal lounge with 50inch TV + PS4, a new kitchen with double oven cooker, 5hob cooker and a patio out to our back where there is space for 2 cars.
there is a downstairs toilet and an upstairs 3piece suite with underfloor heating (useful in the winter...)
The bedroom is a double, and comes furnished with double bed+mattresses, a desk+chair and a double wardrobe. Your own furnishings are more than welcome, of course.
While it is all well and nice knowing about the house, I think it's also important to know about the person and what I'd be looking for as well! My girlfriend and I live here with our 18 month old beagle called Bagel. He's very friendly and sociable and loves walks and cuddles 😊. Our housemate is in the music industry and sometimes hooks us up with gigs, she has a 6 year old whippet dog called Bean.
Bills are included - gas, electricity, internet, council tax, TV. We have a cleaner once a week on rotation at a cost of £33 a time.
I have some great friends living in London and spend a lot of weekends eating and drinking with them and would be very welcoming to newcomers.
Ideally looking for single occupancy (although partners/BF/GF welcome for occasional short stays, nothing longterm!), would be open to other dogs potentially, nonsmokers, no drugs. Would be great to have someone dog friendly!
