We have a room available in our Victorian house just off Columbia Road as our housemate is moving out of the country.

Area:
A moment away from Columbia Rd Flower Market which takes place every Sunday and literally ten minutes away from the vibrant Broadway Market and London Fields area. Loads of amazing bars and places to eat at the doorstep, completely spoilt for choice. Haggerston park is under a five-minute walk away and huge Victoria Park is a 15 min walk away. Sainsbury’s local and Avoman are 2 min walk away. Closest gym is 7 min walk away near Hoxton overground station. Transport wise it’s a 15 min walking to Old Street (or 8 min by bus) or 7-10 min walk to Hoxton or Cambridge Heath overground or to Bethnal Green stations.

Housemates:
You would be living with 3 lovely girls with mixed nationalities (French Polish & Bristish). We get on very well with each other, we like to socialise and go out from time to time. We also like to cook and share dinner and drinks at home and when the weather is nice we love to organise some bbq’s in the backyard. But mostly we see our place as somewhere you can feel at home and just chill. Everybody respects each other’s space.
We would prefer someone staying long term.

Rooms are over 4 floors:
- 4 bedrooms
- 1 guest bedroom / storage room / drying room (Luxury in London!)
- 1 very large living room / open kitchen fully equipped
- 2 bathrooms / shower / toilet
- 1 patio back garden

About the room
The room is a spacious double bedroom, full of light with a large window double glazed and is located on the first floor of the house.
The room comes furnished with a design futon bed, bedside table, desk, open wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Rent is £837 per month plus about £90 for bills (that includes council tax, broadband, Netflix, electricity and water).

Deposit is one month rent (£837).

Room is available from the first of September (could be between the 31/08 and the 2/09).

We are looking for a housemate who is a working professional aged between 23 and 39 years old.
