Dec/Jan Sublet – Converted Warehouse Loft

I'm subletting my entire 1 bedroom flat from 8 December to 2 January (still flexible with dates at this point so just drop me a message and we can discuss.)

The unit is located within a large, converted warehouse building in Hackney Wick, with several neighbouring units housing young, creative professionals.

The flat comes with a double bedroom, a huge living room/kitchen area, bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a mezzanine floor for flexible use (work, studio etc.).

This would suit either a single person, a couple, or two friends.

This airy warehouse loft is ideal if you need space to work and create, great for projects like film/photo shoots, or for use as an artist studio.

The living room/kitchen area is huge, with natural daylight and a cozy sofa area. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, toaster, kettle, mocha coffee maker, and a washing machine.

The bedroom is lovely and bright, with an extremely comfortable kingsize memory foam mattress. It also has a flat screen TV which you can use with the Fire Stick to stream services like Netflix, Prime, Apple TV.

The upstairs mezzanine houses a wardrobe, and plenty of extra space for flexible use such as work, working out, use as a studio, with plenty of natural light.

There are several amazing cafes, lunch and dinner spots within 2 mins from the flat, as well as two supermarkets open until late. The canal is right in front of your doorstep with many beautiful spots to have your morning coffee. Victoria park within 5 min walking distance. Hackney Wick Overground Station 8 mins walking distance. The area has countless bars, pubs, breweries, clubs and a vibrant nightlife.
