About Us:
We’re Leonie and Charlotte, two professionals (holistic health and corporate), early 40s, who love making our flat feel like a home. We work hard, so creating a relaxed, welcoming environment is important to us.
Charlotte has lived here for 10years + (because its such a gorgeous spot!) and Léonie has recently moved in. The 3rd flatmate Fil lived here for 6 years and moved out as they bought their own property.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re ideally looking for someone who works from the office full-time or has a hybrid work schedule to preserve the balance in the house as we work part-time/ hybrid too. There’s always been a mixture of male and female flatmates, so open to keeping the balance but really whoever feels like a good fit! This isn’t a party house, so we’re looking for someone chilled but sociable, who wants to contribute to making our house a home.
Landlord:
You’ll be happy to know our landlord is incredibly nice and proactive – a true rarity in London!
Bills are included (electricity water, weekly cleaning lady, internet, tv, netflix, spotify, council tax, tv licence and all communal products, loo rolls etc)
Viewings:
We expect a lot of interest, so apologies if we can't respond to everyone. Viewings will start on Sunday, 19 July.
