Single room to rent near Victoria park

I am a 34 year old professional female and own a 2 bedroom maisonette with a garden near Victoria park which is a 10 minute walk from mile end station. I recently purchased this property so everything is new and the spare single room is fully furnished. I am very clean and tidy and have a small dog called Simba, he is very friendly and does not get up to any naughtiness like chewing or barking. Ideally looking for someone who wishes to rent part-time/2-4 nights per week. The pcm will vary according to the nights per week you wish to stay.
